As there was a roof top pool we could enjoy the glorious weather.
From a tourist point of view it's too far from the seafront & tourist area's, although it is on the tram route.

We are extremely disappointed with Novotel Nice Center. We had chosen Novotel Chain hotels for all our hotel stay throughout this journey in France and we regretted our decision very much. Location wise, Novotel is far away from city center. The front desk service was the worst, the person working in the front-desk has attitude problem. He is neither willing to serve or to answer our question (not to mention not friendly and willing to help). We don't want to disclose his name here but we will definitely write a complaint letter to the hotel on this. The address provided by the hotel lead us to different location with GPS on my car. Google location search also could not locate the hotel location. For the room, the bathtub has water leakage problem making the floor wet all the time after shower. In my opinion, this hotel is providing a 1 or 2 star service and quality. We will never stay with Novotel again ans we are not recommending this hotel to others.

Well furnished (PC corner, restaurants, outdoor seating, etc.. Prepared for independent guests. Room service was good.
Restaurant staff very badly. Sometimes not even exist, or at the break. Particularly bad in the bar area. Dauer-überlastet/Der lifts children's playground in receptions or entrance area.

Not in town centre so at night very quiet. Easy location to get to on trams. Very clean modern Hotel
Breakfast could have been better. Most of the buffett was not very warm including tea and coffee
