Yes, the lack of storage place in the bedrooms, eg. Hanging space for clothes and lack of drawers. Also a broken bedside light that wasn't replaced And keeping sufficient plates available for breakfast.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und war zu unserer Zeit auch ruhig, obwohl man Geräusche auf dem Gang gut hörte. Das Bett war gut. Badezimmer war funktional, ausser als kein Warmwasser da war....

Es war dreckig - ganz schlimm war das Frühstücksgeschirr, man musste sich überwinden. An einem Tag wurde nicht abgeräumt, und auch nicht fehlende Dinge ersetzt. Im Zimmer waren überall Spuren an den Wänden, der Boden war soso, Badezimmer und Bett waren sauber. Das Sofa, war beschädigt, was weder schön noch bequem war. Und dass man dem noch Suite sagt, fanden wir ziemlich unverschämt. Das Personal ist sehr jung und vermutlich nicht erfahren. Meist freundlich, teilweise aber auch ziemlich unbeholfen. Auch sehr misstrauisch. Wir wollten einen Safeschlüssel. Der kostete einige Euros pro Tag (finden wir ungerechtfertigt) und dann musste auch noch 25 Euros Depot bezahlt werden. Der ganze Betrag musste unmittelbar vor Aushändigung des Schlüssels beglichen werden, auch als wir sagten, wir würden das Geld gleich vorbeibringen (und das Hotel hatte schon den Kreditkartenabzug).

I like the room a lot...it was cosy and convenient..it was clean and its structure was as expected and needed...The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was excellent because we had action to our conference center and to all the sights that are must for Nice. It was a nice option.

The crew in general was kind and very into their business but I did not like at all one employee named Maurizio who I think that was extremely rude and was saying names in French to almost all of us...I speak French and I understood every single word..the rest of the people did not speak French so they didn't understand..I was really offended by his behavior and it is probably one of the reasons I would never choose again this hotel...This man has to be notified by his Manager..I am not saying he should lose his job but certainly he has to change his behavior..he is a bad advertisement to the hotel...

There was no room booked, although I had a receipt via email. It's really too bad.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.
