Room had all necessary items i.e occitane products in bathroom ,bathrobes,slippers etc..

The room which was quite small had a queen bed which was far too big for the size of the room ,no space to move around so ok for one night but no longer.

Hi Although only an overnight stay two double rooms,the rooms were dirty,a lot of black mould in the shower and on the walls of the washroom stained carpets around bed area in all not pleasant. Having stayed in the Excelsior group hotels before not impressed perhaps this excelsior is trading as an one off we will be more careful in future. Regards David

Great value for money, nice comfortable clean & quiet hotel rooms, good location near the main train station, staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
