Your staff are the nicest people. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. One nice person called my home before our date to make sure our needs would be met.
I was very favorably impressed with the lady who fixed breakfast. She is a gem.
The room needed comfort height toilets. Without the assistance of the tub hand rail, I would not have been able to get to a standing position from seat. In fact none of the rooms had such. There needs to be at least two handicap rooms and all toilets comfort height.

The bed was absolutely so comfortable. The girls at the front desk were so pleasant and very helpful with any questions we about Niagara-on-the-Lake. We requested some extra plates and glasses, as we had friends to entertain, and the items were brought punctually.
The carpets needed shampooing. Everything else was very clean.

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.
