I liked being within walking distance to the Falls. The breakfast buffet was very nice also.

I was not told the pool was closed at time of reservation and was sent to another hotel with small children to swim.

Convenient location and staff made the effort to group all 3 families traveling with us together in adjacent rooms without us even asking them to do it. Nice thinking ahead.
We had ants in our room along the wall with the window. Worst thing though was the 4pm check-in. That's just way too late especially for a tourist town
