Main reason for choosing Sheraton Fallsview Hotel: Location
Gina at the front desk during our check in was just the nicest and most helpful person we have met in a long time. The hotel is in the perfect location, and the window views of both falls was perfect and mesmerizing! We thought the nightly rates, restaurant, and valet parking were a bit on the high side, but the hotel location, the room, and the service would drive us to choose this hotel again over any others we saw visiting the Falls.
