The receptionist was friendly and helpful and when I mentioned that my husband and I were in Niagara Falls to celebrate a big birthday for me she gave us a coupon for the Skylon Tower where we had a reservation. This made it even more special for me ( plus the fact that the meal was fantastic despite what we had read about on line )

It was all very very good !

Its very hard to point anything. The only thing which I found was looking for Microwave to heat food late night but I was able to get help from staff.
