The place is very clean, people very friendly.
I'm pretty sure it is not a Radisson Hotel problem, but when i did the reservation, i request google maps to look for the location y this send me directo to the radisson in USA, we get lost. and had to get back to Canada.

Fallsview room on the 13th floor was amazing. Ask for a King bed and hot tub, the room is wonderful.
Parking is tricky, but based on costs elsewhere that we seen $20 a day is cheap however you often have to use valet as there isn't enough spots.

We love the mattress, The convenience of parking and walking. The young black girl at the front deal was attentive to our needs. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was a favorite of my husbands
I wanted oatmeal on the breakfast buffet but it was good

The hotel room was great. It was very clean and comfortable, a little small but that didn't bother us. It was nice that the jacuzzi tub was beside the window. The jacuzzi tub was smaller than we expected. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced for Niagara Falls. The staff were all very nice and helpful and even went out of their way to find wine glasses for my husband and I.
The gift shop was closed the entire time we were there, which was Saturday to Monday. The restaurant closed pretty early at 10pm
