I cancelled 5 minutes after I booked it, I have my email cancellation and I'm still waiting for my credit. I called your company three times yesterday, I was hung up on twice and they tell me they issued me a credit but I see where they charged me for the room but I HAVE NOT
RECEIVED MY CREDIT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE TIME I HAVE WASTED ON THIS IS SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

L'HOTEL ESTÀ MOLT BEN SITUAT PER FER LA VOLTA A PEU PER VISITAR LES CATARATES, TAN PEL CANTÓ CANADENC COM PER DELS ESTATS UNITS.

The place was great!
House keeping shouldnt be coming in so early... or at all until i have checked out if i have only booked one night. On a sunday morning in Niagara falls i am obviously a tad hungover and most likely not dressed. Housekeeping coming in twice is notba fun way to wake up after a crazy night. Perhaps introduce a system where rooms that will become empty in the next few hours should be red flagged as "do not clean until they have checked out" Other than that the place was awesome thank you!

Great view of the falls!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The maids did a great job of cleaning and added some special touches to our room.
Wifi was not free.
There were no TV programs except those we had to pay for and it was very expensive to watch a movie

Bien situé, très belle vue du 14e étage.
Nous devions avoir une vue sur les chutes, mais finalement c'était une vue sur le stationnement.

The staff was very helpful in providing directions and assistance to where we wanted to go. Other than extremely slow and not enough elevators (sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for the crowd to clear to get up to our room) the facilities were fine -- pool a little cold but Jacuzzi very nice. There are many places to eat within walking distance.
Parking leaves much to be desired; not near enough parking spaces even with the overflow directed to Applebee's, but I don't think there is any other place to put cars. We had a little trouble finding satisfactory breakfast during our stay; both Applebee's and Ihop were slow in service and the food was mediocre.
