Wyndham Fallsview Hotel

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location excellent. The indoor walkway to the casino is the best - especially in colder weather. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. The weight room looked well equipped, but we did not have time to use the facilities.

Clean, comfortable room and bathroom

While we could see the falls from the room, the huge rooftop parking lot and lights across the street was a bit of a turn off when looking out the window and the casino hotel lights flashed all night. We also didn't like how the room was sold to us (we called a Canadian nbr in Canada for a hotel in Canada but it charged our credit card in US funds)and nobody at the hotel seemed to care, they just told us to call Expedia. It is still the Sheraton hotel name and management there should care no matter how the room was sold. We did call Expedia and a small refund was offered because the rooms were not adjoining or king size beds as requested but I think in the end, I could have done better if I had called the hotel directly.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Shop was quite good. good selection of souveniers. room was very clean. bed was very comfortable. staff were helpful

The staff was very courteous and they made the effort to communicate with me in English a language I do not control very well.

Lunch at the hotel wow that's expensive two eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon, coffee with $ 50 for both, never seen that before, have not familiar with the area but you can be reposed in was seen at $ 6 thereafter.
