The key cards kept getting demagnetized but other than that, the service, breakfast, rooms and amenities were all great!

Actually having a "smoking" room; most cities no longer allow cigarette smoking within the hotel and its facilities. This is the first one I've been in in the last 5 years from NYC to Atlanta, GA. That was most pleasing for me.
There was not "Hot" or "Warm" water in the basin! It was not until I ran the water in the shower of the bathtub did I realize the availability of any hot water in the room. I prefer using hot water to wash my hands and brush my teeth and it never became available in the basin.
Also, it would help the room fragrance if the ash trays were "washed" clean with soap and water rather than just being wiped out with a damp cloth. It would improve the smell of the room and get rid of that stale smoke aroma.

Friendly manager and assistant - clean hotel
Room 308 needs new toilet tank cover. Also - wish we had at least one grab bar in shower area.
