The beds were awesome but the pillows were even more awesome....I wanted to take them with me....Best pillows I have ever had in a hotel EVER!
The view but what can you do....it was Newmarket.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express Suites in the past but this location surpassed all expectations. It has been remodled - or appears to have been and has an upgraded feeling. The rooms, halls, elevator, lobby etc. were impecably clean and the front desk staff (Micheal) was extremely engaging. Wonderful stay.

We had a medical appointment at South Lake Hospital. The hotel was conveniently located at a very reasonable price

The duvets on the bed were awesome and the staff was very polite and helpful.
The coffee at breakfast wad not drinkable. It really had as nasty aftertaste.

The staff were excellent.
You need to switch shampoo and conditioner. It was impossible to get the liquid out of the bottles.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was included which was good.. Location was close to highway.
This was second time staying here while visiting family.

Hotel was nice and quiet!
Missed out on getting the Globe and Mail two of the three days I was there. For a quest that does not eat the hot foods, like bacon and sausages etc. I enjoyed the cereals, but would have like a bit more fruit options, like perhaps some apples, all the had was bananas.

The rooms were quiet well equipped,
The room had a piece of damaged furniture repaired with duct tape the curtain had water stains. Hot water was slightly colored
