The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had mechanical problems with my vehicle and they were very helpful with my situation. Upon checkin,the desk desk clerk called me by name stating that she was looking at my reservation and noted the distance that I drove. Very nice personall.

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly.
Walking the stairs to much for family with health problems.

The room was very clean, so was the bathroom. It was quiet and we got to enjoy a good night sleep
Not enough room in the breakfast area, maybe more chairs couls be provided?

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast and reasonably priced. Our daughter is a freshman at Mount Saint mary College, so we will be staying with you often. thanks!!!

The staff are wonderful!! The Managers and Assistant Manager are so friendly and helpful:) We were going to the West Point Ball and needed someone to watch our little dog, they found another staff member named Tiffany who watched him for us...everyone here goes out of their way to be helpful!! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for a week more...
