It was ok

Yes - they gave my pre-paid room to someone else. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have a room reserved for me, and after logging on to my tablet and showing the receptionist my confirmation, they finally figured out that a Mrs. Schumacher had told them her daugther made her reservation, and the clerk asked if her daughters' name was "Denise", she replied yes and they gave her my room. They were very rude to the person who drove us to the hotel, about parking the car out front while everything was straighted out, which took at least 25 minutes. They didn't offer any complimenty drinks or meals as a gesture of remorse for giving my pre-paid room to someone else. Just a "sorry" and "thanks for being so patient"

Staff was very helpful and courteous and assisted me several times with issues related to my getting back and forth to a bussiness location nearby.

Friendly greeting by staff, and the gift of wine that day as I was an elder alone on my birthday flying West early the next day. Pleasant lunch place and waiter also, and swift-easy trip to the airport via your shuttle. Another Marriott stay was also friendly and flexible at a time of family crisis; I will never forget that.

We found the rooms were high comfort.The rooms were well sound proofed. We had a quick and effortless check in and check out. Very close to airport. Helpful travel advice from reception staff. Room srevice menu most satisfactory.
