A) convenience - close to Newark Airport
b) super service. Out flight was cancelled and scheduled for the following evening. The Newark front desk staff made sure that we had a room for the night, went out of their way to service us under these circumstances. We would give this stall a 12 if available.

We like the closeness to the airport, easy access to shuttle, pool for the kids and had a great meal
at the restaurant.
Hot tub would be an added bonus.

you have shuttle to EWR and provided much needed info and assistance on our trip to NYC
WOW ribbons are great!
Respectful staff.
Would have loved WiFi to be FREE inside hotel rooms too, with the regular price of rooms.
the flyer for breakfast said only until 10am, the book menu(red/white)states until 11am.
Fedex facilities with packing items will be a plus.
Free breakfast for days of stay, most cheaper hotels have that daily
