It took a long time to check in. It was just a busy time of day, I guess.

I arrived around midnight but was still able to get food service at the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed.
The shuttle service from the airport took way too long.. the guy didn't show for one hour and it was supposed to be 30 minutes. We all waited outside in the cold for him to get to the train station.. It was stressful.

The restaurant was excellent the staff and manager were helpful and friendly.

I liked the privacy and the well-appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and made up to a high standard.
There could have been more light in my room, in fact I think one or two lights were not working at the time.

Ok rooms
Shuttelbus to airplane Did not take all the passengers. Wee MISSED OUR PLANE !!!!

The room was fine and comfortable.
I thought the parking fee was high. Only one of the four treadmills in the fitness center worked.
