The location was perfect for our visit. The staff was very nice, polite and had information when we asked.
The facilities fee. It was not included in the price of the room but added later. There was not enough notice or advertising that it would be charged. A small sign at the check-in desk was hardly noticeable. Seemed very much like a "gotcha" fee since the hotel had our credit card info and could take the fee whether we liked it or not. Why could they not just add it in with the price of the room. I expected to be completely paid up when we checked out only to find I was being charged more.

I wish the small shop in the lobby stocked a few sundries and stayed open later.

Some of the Elevators were not working. Was never told that there was a facilities charge in addition to the room rate.

It was very convenient for us for the location.
It was too dark! Even the rooms not enough lights no lights in the wardrobe.

We enjoyed the location, cleaning staff and quiet room
We wished there would have been one more chair in our room. On the morning of our leaving, we had to wait for 3 elevators before there was room for us to go down.
