Very friendly people at your hotel. Bar staff especially! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Felt safe in your hotel.
Elevators are crazy, but its not the elevators or hotels fault - its the people trying to crowd on - guess some "tourists" do not understand the system of inputing your floor # and waiting for that elevator. They see an open elevator and wonder why their floor # is not pushed:)
