My room was ready when I arrived at noon--8th floor, newly refurbished room, large tv, spacious, plenty of hot water! Great location. staff was very helpful with maps and directions.

The location is great, there is lots to do, and felt safe.If you don't understand the subway system and on vacation don't really care to spend time learning it, this location is ideal.

Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. we had a small electrical problem which was taken care of in a timely manner

We loved the big comfy rooms!

The price of the breakfast buffett was quite expensive
