We spent a week in the Comfort Inn and were very satisfied with the value for money. We did get a tiny room when we booked in (no room for our suitcase) and asked if we could change and were moved the next night to a larger room. And the staff (especially Suzanna were very helpful and friendly) I think we booked a Queen and were moved to a King which has a desk and room to spread out a bit. The heaters were a bit noisy as mentioned in a previous review, but once you worked out where the creaks and clicks were coming from, it was not a problem. The location had no traffic noise and we could not hear any of our neighbours. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous, if a bit heavy on starch. The location is great. Quiet, but half a block from Central Park, a short walk to the subway, a hop-on hop-off stop and a huge range of restaurants. If you are on a tight budget, as we were, "Nicks Pizzas and Burgers Too" was at the end of the road and theburgers were very good. We found the wonderful Crown Deli about 10 mins away in Broadway where the yoghurt with fruit was great and the bain maries of hot foods really good value at $8 per lb. By the by - getting a New York City Pass was the best thing we did. Just under $70 each for 3 days and for that we got free entrance into all the museums and galleries, the Empire state and the full 3 hour cruise around the island. It saved us plenty.

A bit more of a healthy choice for breakfast and much better quality plastic cutlery!

Good location! Close to two metro stops. Both kuulkee many different train, Subway, or does not have to wait for ever. On the same block was also restaurants, so no problem if you do not always too tired to go farther to eat. Just around the corner from the excellent shops, Comedia, Club, and of course Central Park. The staff was nice and helpful, specific mention serviceman Garylle! The room was small but had everything you needed. Similarly, any noise nuisance was not. Overall a great hotel and really worth the money.

The only minus was the breakfast, which was quite low, unless you happen to keep the donut in the morning. However, this seems to be an American breakfast is basic.

Everythig was fine. From now on just make sure your foreign customers know you must be 21 to check in.
