voco Times Square South New York, an IHG Hotel

The staff was always friendly and willing to make your stay at the hotel a great one.The chocolate chip cookies were always available, and out of this world! ! If you ever needed one or more, all you nee d to do was ask, and the person who was at the desk would ask you how many?The breakfast buffet has ever thing you might want with apple, o.j., coffee, tea, hot water,milk, assorted cereals, waffles,a bagle slicer & toaster,granola,and assorted muffins to name a few of the items available.

The free daily chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch.

Shower door did not hold the water in at all, and had to use towels to stop the water from going all over the floor when showering.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of attractions are in walking distance. Very close to public transport.

The rooms are very small. Sometimes long waiting time for the elevator.

Everything! The hotel was clean, newly remodeled. The personnel were fabulous - people were at the front door to greet us, very friendly and very helpful. They spent time making arrangements for us, giving directions, offering suggestions of activities. We realized at the last minute that we forgot to request non-feather pillows and cover. They replaced them immediately. We were meeting another couple who arrived a day early and the staff was able to change the reservation to accommodate them. They called for cabs for us and made reservations for limo transportation to the airport. And if that wasn't enough, they had fresh cookies for us several times throughout our stay. I wish I remembered every staff member's name - front desk or otherwise - because every one was exceptional! Diego and Adam were extremely helpful. Hugo was our driver, and he also was exceptional.

I would have preferred having a bathtub available.
