It was less expensive but still close to the French Quarter

We had a great stay at the JW Marriott everyone was so helpful n pleasant. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great time.

I love the room. It was great

The noise from the hallway kept waking me up. The walls are too thin. Also I believe the price of valet service is too high. $40.00 a night is too much and they didn't offer me a discount for having two separate vehicles.

$15 a day for wifi. I had plan do some web surfing in my spare time, but not at that price. When I stayed at the Omni in Austin, the wifi was free.

Beautiful Hotel, very professional and friendly!Stayed during Halloween, crazy busy and FUN! After we checked out and arrived home, 6 hours away, 4 days later my husband discovered he hd left a pair of reading glasses and a watch in our room! I sorta thought it was a waste of time to call but looking at the cost of replacing the glasses I felt it was worth it. I called, was transferred to Housekeeping, the manager t then asked for my room number, and phone number, within an hour she called back and both were found and was held, she asked for my home address and fedex both items, free of charge! Now, that is EXCELLENCE Customer Service!!!!!! The cost of the room is a little pricey, but, you get what you pay for and then some at this hotel! We will be back and also look at Marriott's where ever we travel. I can not thank you enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service staff is extremely well trained; I found them to be attentive and professional throughout our stay. They were very much appreciated.
