I liked that it had the charm of Old New Orleans, but yet was updated enough to be comfortable. The location was great as to access to the interstate and also walking distance to all the sites of the area.

The only thing was one of the bartenders I think her name was Sue was not to hospitable to the customers. But, this may not be in your control.

My wife and have stayed in the French Quarter several times before but this was the first time we stayed at the St Marie. We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the accommodations were. The hotel was quiet, clean and a perfect mix between the tradition décor of the French Quarter and modern conveniences. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Perfect location, walking distance to all of the French Quarter. The hotel itself was loaded with charm and character.

The balcony in our room only had one chair.

Beautiful hotel..a few yards off bourbon street. Clean ...Astetically pleasing. Good value for money. You get what you pay for here. Helpful staff who will arrange any activity for you and your group...like waterboat rides. Close enough to canal st and decateur street. Stayed here before and will stay here again. Would recommend Hotel St. MARIE to anyone.
