I thought that my room was great - comfortable bed, nice couch, fireplace, large t.v., great kitchen. The parking was convenient and the breakfast was very good. I would stay there again on another visit to New Haven.
The shower curtain in my bathroom was far too long and flimsy. It did not keep the water in the shower, so my bathroom floor got drenched. I think that the hotel needs to upgrade their shower curtains if all bathrooms are like mine was. Also, the front desk staff could be a little friendlier. One of the girls I dealt with was very nice - the other one, not so much.

Everything as asked above. Location is prime, easy access to anywhere in city.
Very sweet that management offers sweet "treats" in the room in the form of sugarless candies. Unfortunately, these candies have been impregnated with ants! I was enjoying some pieces while staying there and realized that I was trying to chew the embedded ants in the piece I was enjoying. Not sure how they (the ants) got into the wrappers, but they were there. Unfortunately, it is probably unlikely that each piece can be checked as the ants are actually encased in the candy.

I liked the quietness. Bed and bathroom were clean. Location was right off I95, which was great.
When I checked in the dishwasher was still going and there were dirty dishes in the microwave. Insufficient parking space.
