The bed was absolutely plush, very clean. Hotel front desk very helpful. Chris, went out of his way to tell us all about Nashville- the hotel menu, where to eat, how to catch an uber, etc,, local neighborhoods. The history of the hotel itself. He was amazing!

I loved that it was close to the Frist because i was having my holiday dinner there. I also loved the Tiffany stained glass. Very Beautiful. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel itself was very beautiful!
I did not like that when you enter the hotel you have these beautiful chandeliers and when offered one on the 5th floor room, I was surprised to see the chandelier was made from what we use for chicken wire. That was a little misleading.

Rooms facing the great room are noisy when there is a crowd in the bar.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be within walking distance to the George Strait concert. Whenthe concert was over the Palm restaurant had cancelled our dinner reservation and we were told by staff at Union Station that we could still get room service. Room service was nowhere to be found and the restaurant was closed. It seems to me that the hotel is not very customer friendly and I now know why I try to avoid Nashville at all costa.

The hotel is beautiful and has really neat history. The hotel is very close to Bridgestone arena and lots of restaurants. We walked to Bridgestone and felt very comfortable doing so.
Our bathroom could've been cleaned a little better.
