The staff was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully decorated.
The club, LA Jackson is a terrible blemish on the hotel. Terrible staff, and atmosphere at the LA Jackson.

I loved the location within walking distance of shops and restaurants and far enough away from the very busy downtown. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Hotel was very clean.
The mimosas in the hotel bar were very expensive.
