I adored the kindness of the staff.

I was upset that even though I left my wrap on the back of my chair during happy hour, someone decided to take it. I was surprised as I thought the hotel was secure. This has changed my feeling about the Inn.

Club level amenities were topnotch. Food, open bar. Room was awesome. Very quiet. And the club concierge(s) were so friendly and helpful.

Location and staff was very helpful

I thought the halls were constantly crowded with cleaning carts and the procedure to not provide turn down service unless in a suite is really tacky and not representative of a forest class hotel

Room comfort, Club Floor facilities with breakfast, happy hour and private roof terrace, and the pool facility in the main hotel. Central Naples location is also a huge plus.
