The food was fresh and delicious. The massage Par Four was fabulous.
The room we stayed in was not exceptional but was clean.

We enjoyed the rounds of golf and a few of the staff were very good. The location was ideal for the Napa Wineries. The service in the bar area of the Grill was good along with the food.
The night of asrrival there was no bellman to show you to your room or assist with luggage. After a 15 minute wait we had to go back in and get directions to our room with NO OFFER of assistance from the front desk except to draw out the map.. Upon arriving at the room it was not completely clean, with cobwebs in the bathroom and spiders throughout the room on the walls. The grill dining for breakfast and lunch was very slow and unprofessional. Would we go basck---DOUBTFUL

The food and service in the restaurant, the room location and size, the comfortable bed, the cleanliness, the ambiance, the scenery. Beautiful. Also, kudos to the desk clerk when I was checking out. I told him housekeeping showed up 3 times starting about 7:45 a.m. at my room on check-out day. He apologised and took off my room-service breakfast charge, which I didn't expect. I very much appreciated his taking my concerns seriously and doing what he could to make my stay more memorable.
House keeping showed up 3 times the morning I was checking out starting at 7:45 a.m. The third time as I was coming out of the shower, she started to let herself into the room. I had to yell for her not to come in. Don't they usually have a list of who is checking out so they know not to disturb them?.
