Napa Winery Inn

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I especially liked that the room was kept warm so when went to the room after being busy all day it was very comfortable.

There was so much to like, starting with the room and great sleeping accommodations. The staff was helpful and gave us great tips. One was a recommendation for the downtown Napa restaurant Fish Story, where we had one of the best dinners of our trip. The breakfast was very nice. When we checked in, the manager of Clos du Val winery happened to be at the front desk. He gave us his card and invited us to his wintery, which we followed up on. We actually added a third night to our stay because of a horrible hotel situation in San Francisco and the person I talked to to arrange that was very accommodating. This hotel was recommended to us by a local travel agent, and we would definitely return.

The changes they made are excellent. I love the wine pouring each night, the breakfast is tons better, and the dog friendly atmosphere is great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the event I came to attend.

The noise from the refrig, the traffic noise and the fact that they ran out of hot water. I had to take a cold shower after running a marathon. That cold shower was at noon.

The hotel changed hand late last year. I was so happy to see old familar faces and they ware happy to see me too. New bed was comfortable and room was clean as always.

Not having fireplace couchs in the lobby area makes less inviting.

Your TV system is difficult and awkward to operate. Twice in our three day stay it refused to come on when turned on. Providing one bath towel per person is not what one would consider "quality service".

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Sheets were very clean and fresh. Coffee was deliscious.

The hotel furnishings and bed linens were very dated and tired looking. The continental breakfast needs to be upgraded and added to.

This hotel had an elevator! The room was spacious, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The Fume' restaurant was within walking distance and was delightful! The staff on each shift was very knowledgeable and perfect hosts to Napa, Ca. We were delighted with every detail, even the greeter which was a sweet kitten at the entry door.
