The staff was fabulous, answering every request and question quickly and completely. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and lovely.
The convenience of the quick walk from the bus station was the reason I booked here -- everything else is the reason I would return.
No clock and no radio.

My wife and I have stayed in many Best Westernw in Oregon,Calif.,Nevada and Arizona. Hotel Napa is not a "Primier" facility! Tis Hotel is a standard Best Western. It does have a few "gimik" amenities like a swuare sink (that did not flow that well) and two (out of place) big chairs. The lighting in the bathroom area was totally inadequate.
I would not recomend this hotel as a "Premier" Hotel. If one would like to know (in the Napa area) what a Premier Hotel is really like, try the "Elm House" Best Western!!
