The staff was very customer service oriented. Also, the breakfasts were delicious and varied. And, the hot chocolate available to all in the afternoon was a nice added touch. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mystic.

I liked that the hotel was located closely to the attractions. The pool was perfect for my children. The complimentary breakfast was great and so was the fact that coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all day long.
The pillows were not the best. I will bring my own next time.

The pool and the breakfast
The lumpy quilts, dirty carpet and someones hair band left in bed..how is that possible if the sheets were changed?

Loved the bed. Very comfortable and very clean. Good location near Seaport. Breakfast food replenished quickly.
Seemed overpriced to me. But that's what was available.
