Great location. Great employees.

Things are getting dated in rooms (have been coming for 4 years every July) - mattresses need upgraded.

Facilities were very attractive, clean and functional. The value was better than other area hotels in the Lake Michigan area with fewer amenities.

Great hotel,excellent breakfast, beds are very comfortable, helpful staff. Whenever we are in Muskeygon, will will stay at Shoreline Inn

The room was not your standard hotel furniture. Very nice. The staff was also very nice.

This hotel is very unique and quite beautiful. Not like any other hotel that I have stayed in. The marina next door adds to the beauty and the hotel is on Lake Michigan. The lobby is really nice and there are beautiful decanters of ice water with lemon and coffee when you enter. There is a beautiful bistro bar that is not your typical hotel bar. Comfortable lounging and big windows. You can see down into the pool area that stays open 24/7 which is unique in itself to be able to swim anytime. The continental breakfast was very good. The morning we were there, they did have some trouble keeping everything stocked fast enough. One of the ladies said that a few people weren't there that morning. One lady, I wish I had noted her name, was being asked by many people for different items and she was so kind and ready to get whatever anyone needed. Dishes were stacked up on tables for awhile which made it difficult for others to sit down. But everything was so lovely that I can't really even complain about anything. All of the people were really kind and helpful. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. It was even extra nice that we could open the doorwall to hear the outside noise and see everything going on downstairs. I would highly recommend this hotel. We got our money's worth add this location!!! There was also a really nice waterfront restaurant (we didn't go there, but will next time) on the property and someone was singing and playing music. Very nice touches at every turn!!

Our room and the hotel were attractive. The food and service were good at the restaurant next door. The staff members were pleasant

The computer system was down when we arrived and we could not check in. And the WI-FI never allowed me to use my computer. When I called the front desk to ask about it, I was told "We have to wait for the manager to arrive."

Bistro food was very good and well priced.

My key card constantly malfunctioned. Required repeated tries to enter room. Reprogrammed 3 times. Replaced twice. Very irritating!
