Baymont by Wyndham Muskegon

Housekeeping staff was excellent and pleasant. Front desk staff customer oriented. Great location for us.

The only issues were the shower did not work and needed new parts which was taken care of and we did not know that the Baymont would not be informed that we needed a main floor room. We will call them next time.

Close to restaurants. Staff was very good considering the conditions that they have to work with.

The mold in pool area, the rusted out control panel for the sauna, the mouse trap under the bed, the confined breakfast area, the over all condition of the hotel.

The pillows were nice

The pool was way to much chlorine and made the kids sick. A young hockey team was running around naked and none of the staff took care of it! Very inappropriate for my young daughter and her friends to see.

The breakfast was reasonable and the service was speedy

Room Keys didn't work a couple times.

Room we were given (121) smelled very badly of smoke, or something that smelled just like smoke, which set off my wife's breathing difficulties. There were too many pillows. Had to stack them in the corner to get them out of the way. Nuisance. But worse, the pillows are aggressively over-filled, producing, not comfort, but rather, rapid headaches. All of the pillows were overstuffed, so I had to jury rig a thinner pillow with the bath mat and a towel just to be able to sleep comfortably. Too much of a "good thing". The location is very hard to find. The front desk needs better and clearer maps on how to get from the hotel to downtown Muskegon.

Very comfortable bed.

Crowded breakfast room. We went for breakfast at 9:30 and some of the items (yogurt, muffins)were missing from the counter and hadn't been replaced.

Fist of all, the rooms are too small, barley have room to walk, Exersize Room was way too small, pool and spa area not acceptable, spa water was not even warm

Although we stayed only one night, the room was ready when we arrived, everything was clean and well stocked and we were very pleased with the service before and during our stay.
