We loved everything about the hotel, especially the front desk clerk who asked another guest to refrain from smoking within close proximity to our balcony.

We had a beautiful lake view with a balcony and the room was very spacious.

The person above us was stomping around his/her room and woke me up. That could happen at any hotel though. You never know who will be above you.

We had a "pet friendly room" which was very nice and very convenient. I wish more hotels would follow suit. I am sure that staying there with our large dog was less of a problem for the hotel and staff than those who stay with their "two-legged' children

No, we enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again will definetly stay there

Nice view of the end of the canal and lake. Beautiful sunrise. Easy walking distance to the bridge and canal for viewing the boats.
