Hampton Inn & Suites Muncie

Comfortable bed & nice desk.

We went down to have eggs and oatmeal at approx. 9:40 so we could eat before the 10:00 end time. The pans were empty and we tried to find an employee who could possibly bring out a bit more food. The front desk clerk was busy checking people out. When someone finally came out at 9:47, she told us her manager wouldn't allow any more food to be prepared after 9:45. It seemed she didn't want to make an appearance until after 9:45 so she could announce the policy and not have to work. This was a disappointment since we chose this hotel specifically for the hot breakfast options. The other staff was very helpful and the place was comfortable so I would recommend the hotel, but we were really irritated by the dining room employee.

We always try to stay at the Hampton when we visit our family in Muncie (2 - 3 times per year). It certainly meets our needs for a clean, convenient place to stay.

The price is higher than other area hotels.

The breakfast food and dining facilities were excellent, beyond my expectations.

The studio king room was a comfortable size and quite inviting.

Loved the breakfast..staff pleasant but just too far from Alexandria. Not your fault..no other rooms available.

Cordial owner and staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast bufffet.

Pillows! Too soft.

Wish there was a refrig in the room for drinks

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and had good amenities. Breakfast had large selection of different foods and very good.
