Step out the side door and you are 100 steps to the first ski lift
The coffee maker would not work. The replacement didn't either! $20/night for self-parking is way over priced. However, the room price is a bargain for the location.

Room was perfect in every way. Ski storage was convenient. Parking was easy. Location location location could not be better. Front desk staff was efficient except that they knew nothing about the computerbased ordering system - not their fault.
The computer based food/ drink ordering was inadequate. No one at the front desk, the bar could help with the online ordering system. One guest confided that he tried to get breakfast and first had to order coffee and had to reenter to order breakfast and he could not get it to work and he gave up. They need a real person! Also we heard the food was not worth the bother - though I can't confirm as I could not figure out how to get online regularly.

Ski in, ski out location. Ski shop was top notch with their customer service.
The restaurant was ok. I dont like ordering off the internet.
Wish there was room service.

Location was perfect. Very clean rooms and pleasant staff. Parking attendant was very nice and helpful
The bathroom is way too small. Can’t even stand in front of sink without touching the toilet. It also need a magnification mirror mounted on the wall in bathroom. Believe me that is a bonus for women applying makeup!

The rooms are spacious and the mini kitchenette held all our neccessarries.
Location to town and bus is perfect
The overnight parking! I thought could have been $10.00-$12.00 a night since its self-parking, no valet. I think 20.00 a night is too expensive especially if you stay longer than one night.

The Elevation is always a great experience. We have stayed there numerous times over the years.
I visited the spa for an 80 minute massage with my wife and the masseuse suggested to use the steam room. Unfortunately the steam room was not working.
