Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood with very nice clientele.

The beds were extremely hard

Staff friendly and always helpful.

Re: Restaurant - Need to make sure that the fish and meat is always absolutely fresh and never ever thawed and refrozen. You cannot afford to have a guest suffer food poisoning. Re: hotel taxi - It was good to have the hotel taxi service available. George needs to be told that he must drive slowly around town and on the highway, and must not overtake other vehicles unless absolutely safe to do so. Guests are NOT impressed by fast and unsafe driving.

Succinct statement: Unfortunately for them, I do not take into account here, they have booked through Expedia and everything so I do not care! A large nerve, this hotel has no leadership, unqualified staff! Never again! Best Western can probably expect more!
