Room smelled. Hair dryer falling off wall. Kleenex empty. Price to high for no extras.

It provided the fundamentals, bed, shower, sink and toilet. OK if you only need a place to sleep and will not spend any time in the bedroom besides sleeping.
Front desk service at 5:00am. I needed to do an early checkout at 5:00am and there was no one in the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes, I rang the bell and called loud for anyone working in the front desk; no one showed up and finally I left my room key with a not saying I needed to check out.

It is just off the freeway in Morgan Hill. Very convenient. The staff were friendly.
When we sat on the sofa in the room, we sunk to the floor. The kitchenette had no utensils or dishes. Everything in the room was worn out. They had a 6' X10" piece of black plexiglass as a headboard. You honestly felt like it was a one way mirror with people on the other side looking in.

The location was close by to our main destination.
The room had some not so good odor. We had to open the windows to air it out. The bedspread smells (not good) so we put it to the side by the window.
The hairdryer in the bathroom does not work. We checked in with 4 people in the room but they have only 3 towels even after it was cleaned so we had to asked them for another one each time its needed. Our first time staying at this place and we were disappointed. I dont think I will be back at least at this location.

Easy, quick check in. The price was right. I had to leave at 5am, and although breakfast wasn't supposed to start until 6am, one of the staff members put out the food early.

Fast response to a problem withe the Air condition
Rugs were dirty (stains all over, torn day bed fabric, wall air conditioning unit did not work. Cockaroaches in bathroom sink (YUK).
