1. the staff ... super friendly and helpful at check-in, at check-out and at breakfast
2. the comfort of your hotel, especially as the weather was very cold ... the hotel was very warm and cosy ! The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out !

No ... I have recommended your hotel to everyone I have spoken to since my stay and to my friends in Morgan Hill who have family coming to visit later this year.

Convenience, location. Once we arrived, we were pleased to find a "new" facility since it had changed from a Ramada property to a Hamptons property. The staff was very friendly and made the short visit a memorable one.
Not that this affected our stay at the hotel, but we found the decor somewhat jarring in the rooms. The severe. dark carpeting just didn't seem to match the "feminine", almost bridal feel of the bedding.

We had a soccer tournament right across the street so we could walk.
It was a good price, but i have stayed in a lot of hotels with travel soccer and this one was by far the dirtiest i have ever stayed in. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and it looked like it had not been dusted in over a month.
