Nice view of the Teton range from the property. However, there are nice views in the entire area.
The room was not organized well. Neither bed faced the TV. I had to run the shower about 5 minutes before the water became warm. Although the hotel was in a tourist area, it was a bit farther away from any attractions, hard to find, and well overpriced. The staff was very friendly in the hotel and in the restaurant.

Clean rooms, nice grounds, close to Parks , quiet, enjoyable rooms.
WIFI was extra charge, no coffee in rooms had to pay $2.00 cup after grill opened at 7am. No ice machine, had to get in grill or restaurant during regular hours. Food in restaurant was pricy and service was slow, staff spent too much time at bar visiting with regulars

The hotel is really quiet and the fresh mountain air makes it really easy to sleep soundly. Granted the rooms are simple but provide everything you need. The restaurant, The Whetstone, stays open until 10 pm so you can stay late at the parks and still come back to the resort for evening meal. Food and drinks were great. If you want to be away from the big crowds but still be treated well, this is the place to be.

Very nice, comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, pleasant staff.
When we got there we were informed the dinning room would be closed for a wedding and no other dinner accommodations were available. We were traveling by motorcycle and it was raining and we were not willing to travel 10 miles to dinner. We had no prior notice of this, so we went without dinner. The staff at the restaurant did not charge for breakfast, which was nice, BUT!!!

Beautiful area
Towels were spread out on top of the bed spread. asked for new towels and they put folded damp ones on top of bedspread. management that we delt with was NOT costumer friendly. NO people skills.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and service at Whetstone also excellent. Felt like a home place all the way around...and the location was excellent.

The grill food was plentiful and the staff was friendly.
When we got back to our room on the second day of our stay, the room had been cleaned and was made up, but it was obvious to us that someone had smoked in the room. The tobacco scent was apparent and as non smokers, we did not appreciate the odor.
