When we made the booking we were looking for a room with a bath. When I called from vancouver the staff told me that the room would have one. When we arrived and checked in, we found our room did not. I appealed to the staff, and they immediately changed the room to one that did. That's service. Of course, it would have been nice to have for the first room to have been correct, but the staff cheerfully resolved the issue. So full marks to staff.

Staff was AMAZING. Rooms was large. Location was perfect.
Up charge for coffee/tea was unexpected. Normally these items are complementary.

Comfortable room, good advice from concierge regarding light show at Botannical Garden, helpfulness of front office staff, valet parking!
We were unable to work the coffee maker in room 222. Room was not ready until late in day. (But we received complimentary drinks at the bar in return, thanks to the friendly front office staff.)
