The front office staff and the dining room staff especially our waiter in the evening. I believe his name was Javier.. Food was excellent. When we checked in there was no bellman to assist with our luggage but the front office gentleman jumped right in to help us get the bags to our room.
What problem we did have was there are no grab bars in the bathroom to get into the shower/tub. My husband had a stroke and without the grab bars I had to bath him without standing up in the tub... really very difficult. The tub also did not have anything to prevent slipping inside the tub.

Location and price were both above average.
The bed should have been replaced years ago. The mattress was less than ideal. The TV was not flat screen - dated.

I do not like that I forgot my watch the day a left the hotel and nobody know about it it just got lost.

Affordable and close to downtown. Accessibility to the bus for the airport.
I would have liked a pool at the hotel. I also had bad information on the bus to the airport, we had to walk a lot with our luggage at all, the return path, yet the service is close to the hotel and staff as many l bus as the hotel seems to ignore preferring to push us a taxi to $ 38.00.

The maid service, the lady was super clean and it did a good job
I would still like to be advised before any technical or other services opened our room especially when we are still in the room, and our camera picture was stolen from our room
