Room was very comfortable and spacious. Decor and feel was how I imagime a condo apartment I'd like to own.

This hotel exceede our expectations in every way. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to provide information and recommendations. Our studio rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The location positioned us for easy access to everywhere we wished to go. We will recommend this hotel to anyone we know is heading to Montreal.

Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel

It is my third time staying at the Hotel Zero. The staff are always so polite and helpful An example this time was that me and my girlfriend came in late one night and as we had just heard about the Burlesque show appearing nearby at Club Soda, the staff helped us get last minute tickets . That was awesome. The location is second to none and sooo convenient. The décor in the rooms is urban chic and very comfortable also. I intend to stay here again. Oh and we had an issue with our toilet and the staff appeared within 10 minutes to fix the issue with the tissue Now that's good service!!!!

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

The elevator is the noisiest I've ever heard: our first room was right next door and we had to be move. Even in our second room (mid-way down the hall), we could hear it a bit. The building must have poor insulation. Also, the neighborhood is "sketchy," as the staff acknowledges. Strip clubs, sex shops, lots of homeless folks on the street.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
