The staff were so helpful and very friendly. The ambiance was delightful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the William Gray on our next visit to Montreal.

Everything! We were treated like royalty from the moment we pulled up in the car. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The room was immaculate and had all the conveniences you could ask for.
Having to pay for the valet parking, maybe it should be included in the room charge?
