Main reason for choosing Hôtel Alt Montréal: Rate
Staff were great. They allowed us a late check out at no additional charge. The room was nicely appointed and clean except for two glasses in the bathroom that were very dusty and had a hair inside. These were obviously over looked when cleaning. The location was great for my husband and I but it does require some walking as it is approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the Metro.

Loved the design, uniqueness, long windows, awesome bed, awesome pillows, Keurig, lighting, large size shampoo etc. Also liked being in a new neighborhood, with lots of great restaurants nearby. And being right off the bike path!

Great location, and very nice staff.
Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
We liked that the shampoo and soap bottles were tailored for the hotel, and refilled by the staff instead of thrown away each day.

Particularly the lighting in the room (excellent for reading and working) and the space organization was very ingenious. The underground parking facility and breakfast restaurant in the adjoining buildings were greatly appreciated
When I booked on line, I had asked for two beds but we found ourselves with only one. The booking receipt only stated standard room. It would be helpful if the receipt clearly stated the number of beds as this would avoid confusion.
