Proximité du site pour les spectacles à la place des arts.
Odeur de cigarette au 8 ème étage, les tapis ont besoin d'être nettoyés et un grand ménage dans les chambres. Tarifs trop élevés.

I liked the fact that I was close to Old Montreal and St. Catherine's street. Very central..

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage um die Stadt und die Gegend am Hafen zu erkunden. Es gab leckeres Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Obst. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren sehr bequem und boten großen Komfort.

La disponibilité du personnel et la gentillesse de leur aide. On est proche de tout alors on peut se promener sans utiliser la voiture. Et on avait une belle chambre au 9e étage, super tranquille.
J,aurais bien aimé que le petit déjeuner soit compris à ce prix là.

It was easy walking distance to Rue St Catherine,& Vieux Montreal.The staff was friendly and helpful. The Metro was close by although we did not discover this till our last day. The breakfast buffet was wonderful especially as one of our family members has Celiac Disease.
We think the hot tub is dangerous in that you have to climb up and climbdown. Also it is not very warm.
Some guest were quite rowdy and messy - (wet towels strewn and left upon their departure), in the pool on the two occasions that we tried to use it. We realise that it is up to parents to discipline their children's behaviour but we had no recourse but to leave.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
