1. Staff very friendly, approachable and helpfull, arived to MTL before my check in time, since room was available, let us in an hour or so earlier.
2. room and bathroom look great, and clean
3. view from room 724 was amazing, my favorite hotel view

Had a wonderful room over looking the Cathedral. Access to the underground was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The fresh new decor and especially the Artisan market.
Getting back to the hotel Monday night at 11 pm after the ball game and not finding any place to buy a drink or something to eat!

The hotel is magnificently appointed and every amenity has been carefully thought out. The room was luxurious without being over the top and the location is beyond great! Guest service is top notch!
