The location, service, price and general amenities are excellent.
The room assigned to my is run down and needs some repair work, the carpeting on that floor and by the elevator hallway was very dirty and run down as well.

I almost could not sleep because on several occasions during the night, there was noise in the breakdown and it kicked in walls. I am very disappointed. I had a meeting the next morning and I was very tired. I'm back in Montreal this year, I choose Delta again because of the location and reputation, but I am not sure of going back there because of that.
