The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was an upgrade on the fourth floor, large and comfortable with a balcony, sitting area, two beds, bathroom with separate bath and shower, refrigerator and microwave. We really loved the location, in the heart of Monterey, walking distance to Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Presidio. Breakfast was more of a continental style, but suited us. We would definitely come back here again.
The elevator sounded like it needed repairs; we walked the stairs more often (probably better for our health.) The room was clean, but was not spotless.

Main reason for choosing Hotel Pacific: 地点
I really enjoy the size and comfort of the room. The gas fireplace is a plus. I like being able to prepare food in the small kitchen area and being able to sit out on the balcony. I like the private areas with hot tubs though I didn't get to use them this time.

Great location, perfect for a night away! We brought our dog, our room had a nice outdoor space for him. Walking distance from the wharf and resteraunts we will be back!
