I liked that the staff were curtious. Went out of there way to make we still had brwakfast available at 11:15.
Well I did find the bathroom floor not clean after our room had been tidedy up. I did ask if maybe they had forgotten and they did come back to take care of it.

The staff were very attentive and proactive. The dinner in the restaurant was outstanding - beautifully presented and perfectly cooked.

Dog friendly, clean, quaint, feel comfortable like family.
Food was pricey and lacked taste- not cooked with love.

Just about everything was good to excellent. The site on the river Thompson was fantastic abd the general atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were superb and notheing was to much trouble for them, they were always ready and willing to help.
There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel and the only thing that I would comment on is that clearer directions to the hotel could be made in that it is some distance going east out of Kamloops
